How to make cold lotus root

1. Minced garlic

2.Millet pepper cut into rings

3.Pour in hot oil

4.Pour in balsamic vinegar and light soy sauce

5.Appropriate amount of salt and sugar

6.Two spoons of chili oil

8.Cut coriander into sections and set aside
