Ingredients
Cucumber ( 500g ) | Water-cured fungus ( 100g ) |
Garlic cloves ( 10 grams ) | Scallions (appropriate amount) |

How to cook cucumbers with fungus

1.Soak black fungus in advance, wash and drain and set aside
