Potato ( 1 ) | Chili ( 1 piece ) |
Oil ( Appropriate amount ) | Salt ( Appropriate amount ) |
Doubanjiang ( 1 spoon ) | Sugar ( A small amount ) |
Recipe of Chili Stewed Potatoes
1.Cut peppers and potatoes into cubes

2.Hot Add a spoonful of bean paste to the oil and stir-fry

3.Then pour in the chili and stir-fry

4.When you smell spicy, pour in the potato cubes and stir-fry evenly

5. Mix the potato pieces with the sauce and pour in water to just cover the potatoes

6.Cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes
