How to make green pepper and potato shreds

1.One potato, peeled.

2.Cut into thin strips.

3.Wash clean and soak in water.

4.One green pepper, only half used.

5. Remove the flesh and seeds.

6.Cut into shreds and set aside.

7. Heat the oil in the pot.

8.Add in shredded green pepper and stir-fry evenly.

9. Add the shredded potatoes.

10. Stir fry quickly and evenly.

11.Add a spoonful of salt.

12.1/3 spoon of allspice powder.

13. 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.

14. Stir well.

15.Finally add 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry evenly before serving.
