Mung bean sprouts ( 500g ) | Green and red peppers ( One each ) |
Garlic ( 3 cloves ) | Young ginger ( a small Block ) |
Lard ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry bean sprouts
-

1.Wash the bean sprouts and control the water

2.Green Red Wash the peppers, garlic and young ginger and set aside

3. Chop all the ginger, garlic and pepper and set aside

4. Heat up and add minced ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant

5.Pour in the bean sprouts and stir-fry for a minute or two

6.Add appropriate amount of salt and a little chicken essence and stir-fry evenly
