Snow peas ( 200g ) | Agaric ( 8 ) |
Carrot ( Half root ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |

How to stir-fry snow fungus with snow peas

1. Prepare the ingredients and soak the fungus in advance.

2. Snow peas tear off the fascia.

3.Tear the fungus into small florets and cut the carrot into ivory slices.

4. Finely chop the ginger.

5. Saute the ground ginger until fragrant.

6. Add carrot slices and stir-fry.

7. When the carrot slices are soft, add the fungus and snow peas and stir-fry.

8.Put in salt.

9. Stir well.

10.Ready to eat.
