How to make steamed baby cabbage with garlic vermicelli

1. Soak baby cabbage in light salt water for 10 minutes, wash and drain and set aside

2.Cut 4-8 pieces according to the size of baby cabbage
3.Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft, remove and drain the water

4.Put the vermicelli on the bottom of the plate

5. Place baby cabbage

6. Mince green onion, ginger and garlic
