Young cabbage ( 8-10 petals ) | Fried tofu ( 7-8 pieces ) |
Garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
How to make fried tofu with shredded cabbage

1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the figure.The quantity can be increased or decreased according to the number of people eating.

2. Wash the cabbage and tear it by hand along the stem, usually one petal.Can be torn into 4-5 small pieces and packed for later use.It is recommended to place an empty small sieve to help control dry water droplets.

3. Cut the fried tofu into small pieces, mince the garlic and chop it into small pieces for later use.

4. Heat the pot over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

5. Add the cabbage first and stir-fry over high heat for about 2 minutes until cooked through.

6. Add oil tofu and stir-fry for about 1 minute, then sprinkle with a little water.

7.Add some light soy sauce and salt and stir-fry until the tofu and cabbage become soft., dye evenly, about 1 minute.

8. Remove from pot and plate.
Tips
The cabbage should be shredded by hand and stir-fried over high heat to lock in the nutrients.If you find that there is no juice at all in the pot when frying the tofu, you can sprinkle a little water and simmer for ten seconds to make it taste better.
