Ingredients
Potatoes (medium size) ( 2 pcs ) | Green pepper ( 1/2 ) |
Red pepper ( 1/2 pieces ) | Oil ( 20g ) |
Salt ( 1.5g ) |
Sichuan style-double pepper potato shreds

1. Cut the potatoes into thin strips.

2. Soak in water to remove most of the starch (you can change the water twice in the middle) and flush).

3. Cut the green and red peppers into shreds.

4. Heat the pan and add oil.

5. Add shredded potatoes and green and red peppers.

6. Fry until the shredded potatoes are just cooked but not pink ( About 3 minutes), season with salt.

7. Stir well.

8. Remove from pot and plate.
Tips
1.Change the water of potato shreds as many times as possible to wash away the starch, so that the fried potato shreds will not lose their noodles.2.If the shredded potatoes are sticking to the pan during the frying process but are not yet cooked, you can use a spoon to boil some boiling water along the edge of the pan.
