Water spinach ( One pound ) | Millet pepper ( two ) |
Ginger ( Three slices ) | Garlic ( Three ) |
Chili oil ( One tablespoon ) | Light soy sauce, vinegar (One tablespoon each) |
Salt, sesame oil, pepper oil, chicken essence, sugar, oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make cold water spinach

1.Choose and wash the water spinach

2.Chop ginger slices + garlic + millet pepper and put them in a small bowl

3. Pot + Boil the water and pour in a little peanut oil

4. Add water spinach and flip it from bottom to top with chopsticks.Make all the water spinach soft, cook it for a minute or two, then take it out and put it in a basket to cool

Tips
