How to mix preserved eggs with tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients, clean them and set aside.

2. Cut the tofu into slices with a knife and place on a plate.

3. Mince coriander, millet pepper, and garlic.

4.Preserved eggs are all six.

5. Put all the seasonings in a small bowl, add the minced garlic, stir well and set aside.

6. Place the plate and pour in the prepared sauce.
