Ingredients
Carrot ( 3 roots ) | Vegetable stem ( A small piece ) |
Oil ( 15g ) | Salt ( One teaspoon ) |
Fuel consumption ( 10 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 5 grams ) |
Water starch (appropriate amount) | Pepper (appropriate amount) |
How to make fried carrots
1.Prepare three carrots

2. Chop the vegetable stems ( The vegetable stem here is the stem of broccoli)

3.Water starch is ready

4.Cut the carrots into the shape you like
5. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot and add salt and cooking oil-

6.Put the carrots in and blanch them for three minutes

Tips
If you don’t like vegetable stems or don’t have any, you can use other alternatives or omit them.The taste will be the same.Blanching the carrots is for better stir-frying and saving time
