Ingredients
Potatoes ( 2 ) | Pickled peppers ( A small amount ) |
Dried red pepper ( A small amount ) | Garlic (appropriate amount) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( a small amount ) |
White vinegar ( appropriate amount ) | MSG ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make spicy and sour potato shreds

1.Peel potatoes

2.Cut the potatoes into shreds

3.Cut them into pieces and soak them in water to remove the powder from the potatoes

4.The pot is waterproof , put the shredded potatoes into the pot and cook for 2 minutes

5. Remove from the pot and drain

6.Put oil in the pot and bring to a boil, then add garlic, chili and pickled pepper and stir-fry

7. Add the shredded potatoes and stir-fry together, then add white vinegar.Then put some cold water.

8. Just before serving, add salt and MSG.stir fry.Remove from the pan and plate
Tips
Put shredded potatoes into water to remove the fixing powder and stir-fry them without any foam.Adding pickled peppers can enhance the acidity of the shredded potatoes.Add white vinegar for a nice color and acidity.
