Dried tofu ( 3 small pieces ) | Onions ( 1 ) |
Scallions ( Two ) | Green peppers ( 1 ) |
Meat ( 50g ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |
Oyster sauce ( 5 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 3 grams ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 2 grams ) | Sugar ( 2 grams ) |
Single garlic ( 2 pieces ) |
How to fry dried tofu with onions

1. So the materials are ready, wash and cut them for later use, as shown in the picture

2.Take a pot and heat the oil

3.Add meat slices and stir-fry until fragrant

4.Add cooking wine, Stir-fry oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce until fragrant

5.Add dried beans

6.Add onions and green peppers and stir-fry until fragrant

7.Add minced garlic and continue to stir-fry

8.Cut green onions into sections
