Ingredients
Cabbage (One) | Dried chili pepper ( Three ) |
Panthoxylum bungeanum ( Ten pieces ) | Garlic ( Three cloves ) |
Oil ( a spoon ) | Salt ( 1/2 spoon ) |
Vinegar ( a spoonful ) | Light soy sauce ( 1/2 spoon ) |
Hand-shred cabbage Method

1.
Wash cabbage Clean
2.Tear it by hand, and cut the stems into thin slices with a knife,

3.Dry chili pepper and cut garlic,

Tips
If you don’t like Sichuan peppercorns, you can leave it out.Be sure to stir-fry over high heat when adding the cabbage.
