Ingredients
Asparagus (400g) | Fruit red pepper ( 1/4 ) |

How to stir-fry asparagus

1. Prepare ingredients: asparagus, fruit red pepper (our family doesn’t eat peppers, so I used fruit peppers, but millet peppers can be better) , garlic cloves.

2.Peel the garlic cloves.

3.Cut into pieces and set aside.

4. Cut the asparagus into sections and set aside.

5. Wash the fruit red pepper and use 1/4.

6.Cut into thin strips and set aside.

7. Heat the oil in the pot.The oil temperature is 70% hot.

8.Pour in the chopped garlic and saute until fragrant.

9. Add the fruit red pepper and stir-fry evenly.

10.Add in the chopped asparagus.

11. Stir-fry until the color changes evenly.

12.Add a spoonful of salt.

13.A spoonful of sugar to taste.

14. Stir well and serve.
