How to stir-fry dried shrimps with cauliflower

1. Break the cauliflower into small florets.Wash in water.

2.Dry shrimps, shelled, heads and tails removed.

3. Boil the water in the pot and blanch the cauliflower for five minutes.

4. Control the water and fish it out.

5. Heat the oil in the pan and pour in the green onion and shrimp

6.Pour in oyster sauce and soy sauce.
