Dried tofu skin ( 3 sheets ) | Carrot ( 1 root ) |
Cucumber ( 1 root ) | Salt ( 4 grams ) |
Sugar ( 3 grams ) | |
Sesame oil ( 20 grams ) | Vinegar ( 6g ) |
Warm water ( 1000g ) | Cool white ( 1000g ) |
Clean water ( 1000 grams ) |
How to make cold tofu skin

1.Soak the tofu skin in 1000 grams of warm water until soft
2.Soak soft tofu skin and cut into shreds

3.Add 1000 grams of water into the pot and bring to a boil

4.After boiling, add tofu Skin

5. Blanch the tofu skin for 3 minutes and remove it

6.Put the tofu skin out into 1000 grams of cold boiled water and set aside
