Asparagus ( 400g ) | Mushrooms ( 200g ) |
Salt ( 5g ) | Black pepper ( 2g ) |
Single head garlic ( 2 pieces ) |
How to stir-fry asparagus and mushrooms

1.Ingredients, asparagus, mushrooms, garlic, black pepper

2.Cut all ingredients and set aside

3.Blank asparagus for one minute

4.Mushrooms too Blanch the water, remove and drain the water

5.Take a pot and pour in a little oil.Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

6.Pour in the blanched asparagus and stir-fry

7.Add mushrooms and continue to stir-fry

8.Add a little salt to taste

9.Add black pepper and stir-fry evenly before serving

10.Plate and serve
