Ingredients
Tofu (1 piece) | Pixian Doubanjiang (appropriate amount ) |
Instant noodle oil package ( 1 bag ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |

Ginger ( appropriate amount ) | onions ( appropriate amount ) |
Garlic (appropriate amount) | peppercorns ( appropriate amount ) |

Ma Po Tofu How to make

1.Cut onions, ginger, garlic and peppers

2.Pixian Doubanjiang is ready

3.Cut tofu into cubes

4.Prepare the oil bag

5.Sesame oil and peppercorn oil are ready

6. Blanch the cut tofu in boiling water

7. Boil it and remove it to control the water

8.Water starch is opened with water

9. Heat the oil in the pan and add the green onions.Add ginger, garlic, and chili peppers, add bean paste, and pack them in oil, stir-fry until fragrant, then add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil
