Zucchini (one) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Onion, ginger (appropriate amount) |

How to make zucchini with oyster sauce

1. Wash the zucchini, cut off the heads and tails.

2.Cut into hob pieces.

3. Heat a little oil in a pan, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add the zucchini and stir-fry.

5. Add in oyster sauce and stir-fry.

6. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce or light soy sauce and salt, continue to stir-fry evenly and serve.
