Pleurotus eryngii: low protein
Ingredients
Pleurotus eryngii ( 2 ) | Long green pepper ( 2 ) |
Ginger ( A small lump ) | Oil ( Adequate amount according to taste ) |
Light soy sauce ( one spoon ) | Salt ( Adequate amount according to taste ) |

1.Blank the king oyster mushrooms for 5 minutes and cut into strips

2.Cut the green peppers into the shapes you like,
