Tomatoes: produce fluid and quench thirst
Ingredients
Cauliflower (One) | Tomatoes (2 span> ) |
Scallion ( One ) | Salt ( 5 grams ) |
Ginger ( 5 grams ) |
How to make cauliflower with tomato sauce

1.Cut the cauliflower into small florets, wash and set aside

2. Cut the tomatoes with a cross-cut knife and scald them with boiling water , peeled

3.Take a pot, boil water, scald the cauliflower and remove raw for later use p>

4.Dice tomatoes and set aside
5. Chop green onions and ginger and set aside
6.Take a pot and pour an appropriate amount of oil

7. Heat the oil and add the diced tomatoes and Stir-fry minced ginger

8. Stir-fry tomatoes to make juice, as shown in the picture

9.Add the blanched cauliflower and stir-fry
10. After frying until cooked, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste
11.Add chopped green onion and serve
