Ingredients
Soybean sprouts ( 350g ) | Small chives ( Adequate amount ) |
Red pepper ( Appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( 10 grams ) |
Vegetable oil ( 4 grams ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |
Sugar ( 2 grams ) | Extremely fresh soy sauce ( 4g ) |
Aged vinegar ( 5g ) | Cooking wine ( 6 grams ) |
How to make cold soybean sprouts

1. Wash the soybean sprouts, blanch them, take them out, rinse them in cold water and drain them.

2.Cut onions, ginger and garlic and set aside.Pour vinegar, cooking wine, sugar, salt, and extremely fresh soy sauce into a bowl to make the sauce.

3. Heat the oil, pour in the green onions and saute the garlic until fragrant.

4. Pour in the prepared sauce, sprinkle in red pepper, and mix well.
Tips
The soybean sprouts should not be blanched for too long, just 3 minutes.
