How to stir-fry green peppers and onions

1.Prepare the ingredients

2.Remove the old skin from the onion and cut it into pieces
3.Remove the head from the green pepper, wash and cut into sections

4.Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot, heat the oil until it is halfway cooked, and add green peppers
