Bean (700g) | Sichuan peppercorns ( ) |

How to stir-fry green beans

1. Remove both ends of the beans and wash them clean!

2. Control the water and cut into sections.

3. Heat the oil and fry half of the beans.

4. Fry for about three minutes and remove from the pot.Fry the other half.

5.After all the beans are fried, turn up the heat and fry all the beans again.Fry for half a minute.

6. Remove and set aside.

7.Onions, garlic, peppers, and Sichuan peppercorns.

8. Pour oil into a non-stick pan, heat it up, add Sichuan peppercorns, chili peppers, and green onions.Garlic, sauté until fragrant.

9.Add beans, salt and ginger powder.

10. Stir fry for one minute and it is ready to serve.
Tips
Use a non-stick pan when frying, it will not get sticky easily!
