How to stir-fry Chinese cabbage with mushrooms

1.Picture of finished product.

2. Blanch the mushrooms and slice them.

3. Remove the roots from the Chinese cabbage, wash it and cut it into sections.

4.Cut green onion and slice garlic.

5. Pour oil into the pan and heat it up, add onions and garlic and saute until fragrant.

6.Pour in the shiitake mushroom slices and stir-fry for a while.

7. Add the cabbage and stir-fry, and pour in the cooking wine.

8.Finally add salt and chicken essence.

9. Stir well.

10. Remove from pot and plate.

Stir fry quickly over high heat throughout.
