How to cook carrots and lotus root slices

1.Picture of the finished product.

2. Peel and wash the lotus root, cut into thin slices, soak in cold water and set aside.

3. Slice carrots, cut green onions, and slice garlic.

4. Blanch the carrots and lotus roots, remove them and drain them.

5. Pour oil into the pan and heat it up, add onions and garlic and saute until fragrant.

6. Add carrots and lotus root slices and stir-fry.

7. Pour in cooking wine and stir-fry.

8.Finally add salt and chicken essence.

9. Stir well.

10. Remove from pot and plate.
