Ingredients
Pak choi ( 1 handful ) | Cool boiled water ( appropriate amount ) |
Walnut oil ( A little ) |

1.Pick and wash the Chinese cabbage

2.Put it into a pot of boiling water, blanch it, take it out and rinse it with cold water

3.Pump it into pieces, soak in cold water, chop into pieces, put it into a food processor, add a little cold boiled water, beat until it becomes juice and pour it out.Reserve

4.Pour a little walnut oil into the wok and heat over low heat

5.Pour in the cabbage juice and stir-fry slowly over low heat

7.Stir fry until no water comes out and remove from the fire

8. Let cool and put into a clean, water-free and oil-free glass bottle, cover and refrigerate for about 3 days before eating.

6.Fry with less water and continue to fry
Tips
Tip: Don’t stir-fry too much pureed cabbage at one time.You won’t be able to add much to the baby’s complementary food.If it’s left in the refrigerator for about 3 days and it’s not finished, don’t give it to your baby again.Remember that too long of a time is bad for your baby’s health.Use a glass bottle.Blanch in boiling water and control until dry before use.
