Ingredients
Lettuce ( 400g ) | Homemade garlic chili sauce ( 1 teaspoon ) |
Eat Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 small teaspoon ) |
chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) |
How to mix lettuce with chili sauce

1.Pick and wash the lettuce, drain and set aside
2.Pick, wash and chop green onions
3.Put homemade garlic chili sauce into a bowl

4. Put the chopped green onions on top and set aside

5. Pour cooking oil into the hot pot and heat until 80% Hot

6. Scoop half of the hot oil and pour it on top of the chopped green onions

7.Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and set aside

8.Pour the lettuce into the hot oil pan and turn up the heat

9.Stir-fry until the lettuce is uncooked, then turn off the heat

10.Pour the freshly mixed sauce into the lettuce and mix well

11.Place on a plate and serve immediately
