Dried white beans ( 5 pieces ) | Sichuan peppercorns ( appropriate amount ) |
Oyster sauce ( One teaspoon ) | Dark soy sauce ( Two teaspoons ) |
Dried red chili pepper ( appropriate amount ) | Cumin powder ( One teaspoon ) | Ginger (appropriate amount) | Osmanthus sugar ( One teaspoon ) |
Salt ( half teaspoon ) |
How to make spicy dried tofu

1. Square white Wash and drain the dried tofu and cut into small pieces.

2. Pour about 300 grams of oil into the pot, heat it to 50% heat and put in the dried beans.Fry over low heat until both sides are slightly brown, remove and control oil.

3. Use another pot, pour a little oil and heat until 70% hot, low heat Stir-fry peppercorns, bay leaves, red pepper and ginger slices.

4. Pour about 500 cups of water, add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, osmanthus sugar and salt and bring to a boil , pour the dried tofu into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer until the sauce becomes thick (turn a few times to allow each piece of dried tofu to be evenly dipped in the sauce)

5. Spicy and delicious, great as a casual snack.
