How to cook peanuts and soybeans

1.Wash the peanuts and soybeans and soak them in water for four hours.

2.Pour the peanuts and soybeans into the electric pressure cooker.

3.Put a handful of peppercorns and two star anise.

4.Add water until the peanuts are covered by just one finger.

5.Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt, season to taste, and cover the pot.

6.Choose beans and press them for about 40 minutes.

7.After running the steam, carefully open the pressure cooker lid.Remove and serve on a plate.
Tips
The peanuts and soybeans I use are dried and soaked for about four hours to reduce the cooking time! If they are all fresh, you can cook them directly!
