How to make winter melon, scallops and shrimp skin soup

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2.Soak the scallops and dried shrimps in water to remove the salt.

3.Peel the winter melon and cut into thin slices.

4.Crush the scallops with a knife and tear them into thin shreds as much as possible with your hands.

5. Pour off the water from the shrimp and set aside.

6.Put oil in the pot, heat the oil and add chopped green onion until fragrant.

7.Add the winter melon and stir-fry slowly until the winter melon is transparent.

8. Pour in boiling water and bring to a boil again.

9. Add scallops and dried shrimps and cook for another three to four minutes.
