Ingredients
Cowpeas ( 500g ) | Scallions ( 2 roots ) |
Garlic ( 2 slices ) | Ginger ( 2 slices ) |

How to stir-fry cowpeas

1.Wash the beans and cut into long sections.Prepare onions, ginger and garlic.

2. Rinse the boiled beans in water and add a spoonful of salt to retain their green color.Take it out and put it in a steamer over high heat for three minutes.

3. Let the beans cool after steaming.

4. Place the beans on a plate and set aside.

5.Put oil in the pot and stir-fry Sichuan peppercorns.

6. Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir until fragrant.

Tips
