Ingredients
Oyster mushroom ( 200g ) | Protein ( a ) |
Starch ( One spoonful ) | Flour ( Half spoonful ) |
Glutinous rice flour ( half a spoon ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Chili powder ( a little ) | Pepper ( A little ) |
How to make fried oyster mushrooms

1.Prepare ingredients , wash the oyster mushrooms.

2.Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, blanch them in a pot and remove them.

3. Drain the water and add chili powder, pepper and salt to taste.

4. Add the egg whites, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

5. Add starch, flour and glutinous rice flour and mix well.

6. Mix well and set aside.

7.Put oil in the pot and heat it until it is 70% hot.Remove the oyster mushroom pieces one by one.pot.

8.Float on the oil surface and fish it out.

9. Continue to heat the oil until it is 80% hot, fry the oyster mushroom pieces until golden, remove and drain Oil content.

10.Plate and serve.
Tips
1.If you don’t like spicy food, you can omit the chili pepper.2.The first frying will make it crispy, and the second frying will make it crispy and fragrant.
