Enoki mushroom: low protein
Ingredients
Tomato ( 1 ) | Enoki mushroom ( 150g ) |
Garlic ( 1 clove ) | Ginger ( 1 piece ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Scallions (appropriate amount) |
Recipe for Enoki Mushrooms in Sour Sauce

1.Prepare materials As shown in the picture.

2. Peel and chop the tomatoes, slice the garlic and ginger, and cut the shallots into sections.

3. Split and wash the enoki mushrooms and squeeze out the water with your hands.

4. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.

5.Add tomatoes and stir-fry for 2 minutes, until tomatoes become soft and glutinous and become juice.

6.Add ginger, garlic and onion and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

7. Add the enoki mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

8.Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly before serving.
