balsamic vinegar ( 2 spoons ) | Salt ( 1 tsp ) |
How to mix cucumber with dried fruits

1. Prepare ingredients as shown in the picture.

2. Cut the cucumber into strips, shred the chili pepper, and cut the coriander into sections.Prepare a handful of fried and cooked ones.Peanuts.

3. Prepare a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of homemade spicy oil, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, Mix 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, and an appropriate amount of warm water to make a juice.

4. Prepare a bowl and put the cut cucumbers in it.

5.Add small hot pepper shreds and coriander segments.

6. Pour the prepared juice on.

7. Let stand for 2 minutes to allow the flavors to absorb.

8. Add the fried peanuts and use chopsticks to stir the sauce.

9. Plate it and start it, it tastes good.
