Light soy sauce ( 1s ) | Dark soy sauce ( a little ) |
Cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
| Sugar (appropriate amount) | Onion (appropriate amount ) |
Garlic ( 2 cloves ) | Chili powder ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make cabbage with oyster sauce

1.Choose fresh cabbage

2.Tear into larger pieces by hand

3. Saute the minced garlic in the pot

4.Add chili powder and stir-fry the red oil

5.Add cabbage and stir-fry

6.Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar and stir-fry

7.Add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and turn it into light soy sauce.Stir-fried

8.Add oyster sauce and stir-fry

9. Stir-fry until browned, then add cooking wine and simmer

Tips
Cabbage tastes better when you tear it with your hands (personal opinion) If you like a crispy texture, don’t simmer it!
