How to make cold Cordyceps flowers

1.Wash the cordyceps flowers with water and soak them in warm water.Shred cucumbers and carrots.Chop the garlic finely.

2. Blanch the shredded carrots in boiling water.Remove and place in cold water.

3. Blanch the Cordyceps flowers, take them out and put them in cold water.
