Shrimp ( Adequate amount ) | Enoki mushrooms ( appropriate amount ) |

Oil (appropriate amount) | Dark soy sauce (appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Chicken Essence ( Adequate amount ) |
How to make cold dishes

1.Prepare the ingredients: shrimps, enoki mushrooms, onions, wakame, millet pepper, garlic

2. Shrimp Thaw, remove the bottoms of the enoki mushrooms and clean them.Cut the onions diagonally and then cut them in half into small pieces.Soak the wakame in cold water for ten minutes.Cut the millet pepper and garlic.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry until fragrant, add shrimp
4.Add enoki mushrooms, onions, and wakame, stir-fry for one minute, turn off the heat and let cool

5.Pour into a mixing bowl, add millet pepper, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt and chicken essence

6.Stir evenly and serve
