Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) | Vinegar ( appropriate amount ) |
Five-spice powder ( Appropriate amount ) | Edible oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make cold lotus root

1. Wash and slice lotus root, rinse with water several times, cut onions, garlic, millet and pepper and set aside

2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add lotus root and cook for two minutes

3.Put the boiled lotus roots into cold water and wash them several times until the lotus roots become cold

4.Put the lotus root into a bowl, add salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, five-spice powder, and sprinkle the chopped green onion on top

5.Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, heat it up and add green onion, minced garlic, millet and pepper until fragrant
6.Pour the sauteed cooking oil into the bowl and stir evenly-
