How to make cold fungus and cucumber

1. Prepare cucumbers and fungus.(Soak the fungus for 8 hours, remove the roots, wash and break into small pieces)

2.For cucumbers Crush with knife and cut into pieces.

3.Cut the coriander into sections and dice the pepper.

4.Mince the garlic
