Dried spirulina ( 20g ) | Cilantro( Adequate amount ) |

How to make cold spirulina

1.Weigh well For the amount of spirulina, add an appropriate amount of water and soak it in about a minute

3. Take a pot of boiling water and put it in to soak of spirulina, boil until it boils and then turn off the heat

4.Pour the cooked spirulina In a strainer, let cool and set aside

Tips
1.The spirulina I bought is relatively thin and small, and there is no sand, so the soaking time does not need to be long.However, the length of soaking time depends on the actual condition of the purchased spirulina
2.Because spirulina is relatively thin, remove it from the fire after boiling, which will help maintain the crispy taste
3.If added If you are using chili sauce, you don’t need to add salt to avoid it being too salty
4.Adding more coriander will make it more spicy.If you don’t have it or don’t like it, don’t add it
