Sugar ( Two spoons ) | Salt ( A little span> ) |

How to make cold coriander tea

1.A refreshing cold dish that goes well with porridge or wine.

2.Pick and wash the coriander

3. Blanch it in boiling water

4.Take three pieces of dried coriander from the bag and dice them

5. Hot Chop the good coriander and put it in a basin and add some salt

6. Marinate for about ten minutes , squeeze out the water, add dried sesame seeds, two tablespoons of sugar, an appropriate amount of vinegar, and you can add or leave out MSG as you like.Drop in appropriate amount of sesame oil.

7.Finally add some chopped peanuts, mix well and serve on a plate.(Fried peanuts are also available)
