Garlic moss ( 1 handful ) | Salt ( 2 spoons ) |
Umami Soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Vinegar ( 2 spoons ) |
Sugar ( 1 spoon ) | Chili oil/chili sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
How to pickle garlic sprouts

1.Wash the garlic sprouts and set aside

2.Drain the water and cut into small pieces

3.Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt and marinate two to three Hours (to remove the spiciness of garlic)

4. Mix soy sauce, vinegar and sugar into juice and set aside

5. Pour off the excess water from the marinated garlic cloves and pour in the prepared juice to continue marinating.Make it for more than two hours to get the flavor.If you like spicy food, you can add an appropriate amount of chili oil (the chili sauce I used) and enjoy.
Tips
1.Do not cut the garlic into too long sections.2.Sprinkle salt and marinate for a longer time to remove the spiciness of garlic.3.Choose seasoning according to personal taste.
