Ingredients
| Lotus root ( 1 root ) | Millet pepper ( 3 pieces ) |

Doubanjiang ( 2 spoons ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) |
Dark soy sauce ( half a spoon ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Cold spicy lotus root slices Recipe

1. Prepare all ingredients.Wash, peel and slice the lotus root and soak in salt water.

2. Blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes, remove, cool and drain.

3. While blanching the lotus roots, prepare ingredients, cut millet and pepper into rings, onions, ginger and garlic Cut into pieces and set aside

4.Put millet pepper, minced ginger and garlic, and white sesame seeds into a large bowl , add two tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Tips
1.After blanching the lotus root, put it in cold water immediately otherwise it will turn black.
