Ingredients
Okra ( 300 grams ) | Garlic ( Six cloves ) |
Light soy sauce ( 10g ) | Oyster sauce ( 5 grams ) |
Sesame oil ( A few drops ) |
How to make garlic okra

1.Get the ingredients ready.

2. Remove the pedicle of okra.(When removing the pedicle, cut along the root and do not cut holes, otherwise the mucus protein will come out and affect the appearance and taste)

3.Rinse with clean water.

4. Boil water in a pot and add a little salt to the water.

5.After the water boils, add the okra and blanch it for a minute or two.

6. Immediately soak the okra in cold water after blanching.

Tips
