How to mix onions and cucumbers

1.
Equip cucumber, onion, garlic, red pepper 
2.Wash the cucumber, slice it diagonally, and cut into thin strips

3. Cut onions into strips and set aside

4.Chop the garlic and cut the red pepper into strips,

5.Pour light soy sauce, rice vinegar and white sugar into the bowl to make a cold sauce

6.Combine the cucumbers and onions together and pour in the juice.

Tips
Onions can be irritating to the eyes.Wet the knife before cutting and they will not irritate the eyes.
