
Ingredients
Water spinach stems ( 300g ) | Chili sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Salt ( 1g ) | Cooking oil ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( 5 grams ) | Balamic vinegar ( 5 grams ) |
Chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) | Cold boiled water ( half a bowl ) |
How to mix water spinach with chili sauce (weight loss version)

1.Pick off the leaves from water spinach and use them for other purposes

2. Break the cabbage stems into small pieces

3.Wash and drain and set aside
