Lettuce: protect liver
Ingredients
Lettuce ( 1 root (about 100 grams) ) | Chicken breast ( 60g ) |
Homemade chili sauce ( 1 teaspoon ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 teaspoon ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 teaspoon ) | Chopped green onion (appropriate amount) |
Edible oil (appropriate amount) | Cool boiled water ( 500g ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine ( 5g ) |
How to mix jade with shredded chicken

1.Put the chicken breast into a pot of cold water, add salt and cooking wine, and cook

2.Peel the lettuce, wash and cut into shreds, then soak in cold boiled water

3. Take out the cooked chicken breast, drain and let cool

4.Pick and wash the chives, cut into chopped green onions and set aside

5.Put the homemade chili sauce into a small bowl

6. Again Place chopped green onion on top of the chili sauce

7.Put oil in a hot pan until it starts to smoke

8.Pour the smoking oil on top of the chili sauce and chopped green onion

9.Add all the remaining seasonings, mix well and set aside

10. Remove the soaked lettuce shreds and drain them

11.Tear the cooled chicken breast into shreds and put it on a plate

12.Put the shredded lettuce on top, and then pour the juice on top of the shredded lettuce

Tips
If you don’t like to eat it cold, you can cut the chicken breast into shreds, stir-fry it with cornstarch, add seasonings and lettuce and stir-fry it, it tastes great too!
